Tri-County Triangle Trail is a non-profit, all volunteer organization promoting and assisting with the development of recreational trails in Ross and Fayette County.  We provide support to help maintain and develop recreational trails in our area.  Tri-County Triangle Trail currently manages a 5.5 mile section of the Paint Creek Recreational Trail in Fayette County from the Shaw Wetland on Robinson Rd east to the Ross County line.  The Paint Creek Recreational Trail is a scenic 30 mile scenic trail connecting the Shaw Wetland in Fayette County to Chillicothe.  A 2.4 mile marked public road route connects Shaw Wetland to Washington Court House.

We have available a John Deere Gator, high performance trail blower to remove debris from the trail and a Polaris UTV.  The trail passes through the Historic Village of Frankfort, the Hopewell Culture National Historic Park, Pleasant Valley and Chillicothe.  Here is a link to an interactive map of the trail.  Parking is available at the Shaw WetlandAustinFrankfort Brad Lightle ParkHopewell Culture National Historic Park and Yocktangee Park in Chillicothe.  You can use these links to get directions from your location to parking spots.  Shaw Wetland, Frankfort and Hopewell Culture and Yocktangee Park in Chillicothe have toilets available.  Frankfort Brad Lightle Park, Hopewell Culture have toilets, water and picnic shelters available.
